Nicolas Moser, Founding Architect
Nicolas Moser is a Swiss architect who graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland (EPFL). In 2003, he joined the studio group8 in Geneva when the agency branched out to Hanoi, and was later renamed to G8A Architecture & Urban Planning.
His connection with Asia began in 2007 when he moved to Vietnam with Manuel Der Hagopian, one of the nine partners of group8, who opened the first international branch of the agency in Vietnam. Nicolas was immediately involved in the strategic decisions and for almost fifteen years he played a key role in the ongoing success of G8A. His main responsibilities included concept design, direction, implementation, and management operations of the Hanoi office.
During his time at G8A, Nicolas led large-scale international projects, ran complex coordination with several international consultants, managed multifaceted project teams, and worked on projects of all scales from interior design to master planning.
Thanks to this experience he acquired strong skills in organization, methodology, project coordination and development as well as client relations.
